1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all access to and use of the jilee platform, including but not limited to account registration, login, game participation, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and any interaction with jilee's customer support services.

1.2 By completing the jilee account registration process, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing jilee from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful; (c) all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful; and (d) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

1.3 Your continued use of the jilee platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jilee will endeavor to notify registered members of material changes via the registered email address or in-platform notification.

1.4 These Terms are published in English. In case of any inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation in another language, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an active jilee account, you must: (a) be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate or entity accounts are not permitted); (c) not be a resident or national of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (d) not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of jilee or its affiliated partners.

2.2 jilee reserves the right to request government-issued Philippine identification documents at any time to verify age and identity. Accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and LTO Driver's License. Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification within the timeframe specified by jilee may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 Players from outside the Philippines may access jilee provided that online gambling is legal in their country or territory of residence. It is the Player's responsibility to verify local laws before using jilee.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered jilee account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. jilee employs technical measures to detect multi-accounting. Accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilee account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jilee immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Accurate Information. All information provided during jilee account registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.4 Account Transferability. Your jilee account is personal to you. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account shall render it immediately void, and associated balances may be forfeited.

4.1 jilee accepts deposits via the following methods available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC20 blockchain network). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (or equivalent in USDT), except where a specific payment provider imposes a higher minimum.

4.2 All deposits into the jilee platform must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of the receiving jilee account pending investigation. Funds from third-party deposits will be returned to the source account, minus any applicable processing fees.

4.3 jilee does not accept deposits that originate from proceeds of illegal activity. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds are lawfully obtained. jilee complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and reports suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities as required.

5.1 Withdrawal requests from jilee are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limits and conditions of that method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱1,000 for bank transfers.

5.2 Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must: (a) have completed the KYC identity verification process; (b) have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on the balance being withdrawn; and (c) not have any pending security review or AML check on their account.

5.3 Processing times for jilee withdrawals are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified standard accounts are processed within 2–4 hours; Gold and Diamond VIP members receive same-day processing, typically within 15–30 minutes during Philippine business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.

5.4 jilee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction, or ₱200,000 cumulative withdrawals within a 30-day period. This is a standard AML compliance measure and does not imply any wrongdoing by the Player.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jilee are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all jilee bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for jilee welcome bonuses is 25× the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of bonus activation, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games at jilee contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10% per ₱ wagered. Slot games contribute 100%. Specialty games contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and similar games may have reduced contribution rates.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. jilee employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited practices include: (a) placing bonus funds on low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; (b) using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; (c) using bonus funds in combination with arbitrage betting strategies; (d) any coordinated or systematic exploitation of bonus offers. jilee reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6.5 Eligibility. Bonuses at jilee are available to players aged 21 and above only. Certain promotions may be restricted to players in specific regions or at specific VIP tiers. jilee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.1 All games available on the jilee platform — including slot games, live dealer table games, bingo, and RNG table games — operate under the rules published within each game's individual help section or paytable. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rule displays and these Terms, the in-game rules shall govern for that specific game.

7.2 All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on jilee use certified random number generation systems from licensed third-party providers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of game rounds — individual session results will vary significantly from the published RTP.

7.3 Live dealer games at jilee are conducted by real human dealers from certified studios. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session — including disconnection, video stream failure, or a dealing error — the round will be void and all bets returned to players. jilee is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events or network disruptions outside its control.

7.4 Malfunction and Errors. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, jilee reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the staked amount to the Player's account. Winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and do not create any obligation on jilee to pay.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Create more than one jilee account, whether using the same or different personal details;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jilee games or systems;
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in jilee's platform or games;
• Collude with other players, dealers, or jilee staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use the jilee platform to launder money or process proceeds of illegal activity;
• Engage in chargebacks or reverse any completed deposit transaction fraudulently;
• Attempt to access jilee's backend systems, databases, or proprietary code without authorization;
• Use another person's payment account to fund or withdraw from your jilee account;
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or location to obtain access to jilee or specific promotions;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse jilee staff members or other platform users through any communication channel.

9.1 jilee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) suspected breach of these Terms; (b) failure to complete identity verification when requested; (c) receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal; (d) suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; (e) account security risk; (f) court order or regulatory directive; or (g) voluntary request from the Player themselves.

9.2 In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, jilee will notify the Player via their registered contact details within 5 business days, unless disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation or is prohibited by applicable law.

9.3 Upon termination of a jilee account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

9.4 Players may voluntarily close their jilee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may qualify for extended cooling-off periods under jilee's Responsible Gaming policy.

10.1 jilee recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals. In compliance with our responsible gaming commitment and applicable PAGCOR guidelines, jilee provides the following player protection tools accessible from any logged-in jilee account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that the Player sets themselves;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders at intervals set by the Player;

10.2 jilee strictly prohibits minors (persons under 21 years of age in the Philippines) from accessing or using the platform. jilee employs age verification systems at account creation and may perform additional checks at any time. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the depositing payment source.

10.3 If a Player requests self-exclusion from jilee, this exclusion cannot be reversed before the agreed minimum exclusion period has elapsed. During the exclusion period, the Player will not receive marketing communications from jilee and will be unable to create a new account. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.

11.1 All content on the jilee platform — including but not limited to the jilee brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the property of jilee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jilee platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit: (a) reproduction, copying, or redistribution of any jilee content; (b) reverse engineering or decompilation of any jilee software; (c) commercial use of any jilee brand assets without written authorization; or (d) framing, scraping, or indexing of jilee's website or game content.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilee shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any loss of data or business interruption; (c) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the jilee platform, even if jilee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2 jilee's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their jilee account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12.3 jilee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of games or services. jilee will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

12.4 Gambling at jilee, as with all forms of gambling, involves financial risk and the possibility of loss. jilee does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game. Players participate in all jilee games at their own financial risk.

13.1 jilee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The jilee Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and how you can exercise your data rights under Philippine data protection law.

13.2 By registering a jilee account, you consent to jilee processing your personal data for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes.

13.3 jilee may share personal data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law. jilee does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.

14.1 jilee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms, along with its effective date, is always accessible at jilee.one/terms-conditions.

14.2 For material amendments, jilee will provide notice to registered Players via: (a) a prominent notice on the jilee platform login page; (b) an in-account notification; or (c) email to the registered account address. The amended Terms shall take effect seven (7) days after notice is provided for material changes, unless regulatory requirements necessitate immediate effect.

14.3 If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the jilee platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.4 above. Continued use of jilee after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. Players may also raise complaints with the relevant Philippine regulatory authority overseeing jilee's operating authorization.

15.3 Game outcome disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the disputed game event by contacting [email protected] with the game round ID and a description of the dispute. jilee will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
